My account says it was terminated due to " Fraudulent payments" however I paid directly through the required website. The first time I paid (a month ago) the charge went through fine and I used my coins, however I bought coins again a few days ago with literally the same card and now it says my "Account has been terminated due to Fraudulent payments".
I have created a ticket requesting a way forward, but I am wondering how long it takes for a response, and if there is a quicker way to request support? I love this server and would never do anything like this.

Can't speed up something that's already been sent forward. Since your case is about ban appeal, it's gonna take longer. You're looking at week or two for a response.
