Help with download

My friend lives in germany atm, and neither me or him can use the web download link, only downloadable via torret, problem is the policies in germany do not allow to download stuff via torrent you get fined for insane amounts. Any help would be appreciated, I can download the game myself via torrent tho.

Try downloading through a different browser. Chrome has severe issues in my personal experience. I had to begrudgingly use ... gulp ... edge to download from website link. Otherwise try using a file sharing service for larger files.
