havent played for a while cant find my characthers anywhere, not even here

1. When did you play last time?

2. On Which realm you had characters?

3. Did you look for your character just on website or even in-game by logging with a client?
If no characters are showed on website -> it means they are flagged for a rename. So you need to log with client to set new names

4. Is your account premium?

i have 3 characthers on icecrown,but havent played there since august 21,according to site

if on frostmourne during 15-april-2020 -> 14-april-2021 = the character is lost
if on frostmourne during 15-april-2021 -> 14-april-2022 = you can move them to icecrown realm:

Select "Frostmourne - S2" as realm

about your old icecrown character, log with a client to check if they are still there
