    Hello, my friend has sent me coins, I have premium account, but i havent had 2FA. I did not receive the coins and its already deducted from his account....What do we do? pls Help

    Coins don't have delay when gifted.
    If by "friend" you mean "stranger I sent money to buy Coins from," you were scammed, and we offer no support for that.
