CancelAuction - hardware event required?

Do you need a hardware event for CancelAuction in wotlk?

I am getting this error:

An action was blocked because of taint from addon - CancelAuction()

I am not sure if that is what it is saying.

Well after some tinkering it looks like the answer is yes. I had to rethink what I was doing. Thanks for reading my ramblings.
