I dont know why my acount is banned for bad trade? Can i play again?

Hello, I have not played for more than 4 years, now that I want to return my characters are not in my account, it may be due to a reset or something similar, but my voting points are not there either, but my purchase history is there. I would like to know if it is possible for me to recover my characters or at least a lvl up for one or more characters? thanks.
