WotLK Current bis gear for shadowpriest on frostmourne?

Hey guys
I've been trying to look around for a bis shadow priest equip but the ones in the guides and around the internet are all the ones at the end of the expansion's cycle (t10). Is there anyone that has a list of the bis for shadow priest in current content for frostmourne (basically naxx, next week ulduar gets released).

Thank you so much in advance, and sorry if this has been posted somewhere already, but after searching for a while both here and on google, the best i could find was a pre raid bis for current content.
