Best weapon for restoration?

I want to buy myself a weapon but I don't have money for legendary. So my question is about if it should be the LOD Mace or if I should farm up Trauma HC?

Since I have never played as a resto druid, I'll let someone else answer your main inquiry. However, I'd like to clarify something - you don't need to spend real money to buy Val'anyr from the shop. There are ways to obtain coins beside purchasing them on the website. If you have a premium account, you can make use of the trademarket there. Sell coins, characters or wtv, and sooner or later you'll have the legendary mace. Just FYI.
