1. My account is soft-locked

    Hello,

    I've came back few days ago, and i tried to log-in on my first account but the 2TA don't work on the website.
    I'm not even sure to which email it is linked as when i tried to remove it i didn't got any mail, and now the only mail i had in mind is the one i use for my second account.

    Can i get in touch with someone from the support?

  2. I'd start checking through emails that I've used. If no luck there, you need to contact [email protected] for support. Prepare to provide evidence of account ownership.
