Did you look on site or in-game?
Is your account premium?
What realm did you play? Characters from Frostmourne S2(2021-2022) should be transferred manually by you.
Characters below lvl 30 are deleted due to inactivity clean-up.
Characters from Molten are long gone, characters from TBC aswel

I had at least 1 character on Lordaeron .(https://imgur.com/a/6QysbAu) but when I enter the realm there are no characters . (https://imgur.com/xm8D3nc).
If I remember correctly it was paladin def high level over 60 but didn't reached max with blacksmith and mining.
On the website in the services area I do not have any characters.
