Hammer of Justice mouseover macro

Could someone please give a working macro on mouseover Hammer of Justice, I tried a lot and none works for me.

If you put this macro in the E key, pressing E would use hoj on your current enemy while pressing Ctrl+E would use hoj on your... mouseovered enemy.

If you have already have Ctrl+E bound, it won't work, which may be what is happening to you.
