WotLK Main Sword off Dagger why not?

Its a big lose of dps ? If I'm talented into hack and slash this require 2x sword what if I have main hand sword and off hand fast dagger? Then talents does not work or what ?

You need to use the weapons that you select the talents for or it is a significant decrease in damage. If you're doing Hack and Slash, you're not using daggers. Or you shouldn't be.
