    Did the soloque rating system change? (harder to obtain high rating?)

    I came back to Blackrock after some 1-2 years and obtaining a high rating seems to be harder than I recall, ever after being back to the same level of skill or more.
    In addition, I see people who have decent win/loss ratios having pretty low personal ratings (1500-1600), and even top ranked people in soloque have maximum ratings (about 2200) significantly lower than I recall.

    In fact If I were to have my old rating now, I would be in the top ranked chart. The thing is, 1-2 years ago I wasn't close to the top ranked players.

    So did something change? If so, what changed?
