Need help making a swing timer with Weak Auras 2

Hey everyone, new to the server and I've got ElvUI working along with a couple other things. I'm not too familiar with setting up my own weak auras, and just want to setup a simple "swing timer" for my combat rogue. Any tips that might help me do this? I've messed around with it a bit but no luck so far. Can't seem to find a YouTube video on it either. I don't want to import a bunch of them, just make the swing timer.

as you mentioned ElvUI, try https://github.com/ElvUI-WotLK/ElvUI_SwingBar

it has swing timers for ranged weapons (when autocast is available), 2handed weapons, and dual-wield, so for your rogue it will show two swing bars for your weapons
