Lordaeron Can GM's Restore Shadow's Edge

if i go and buy a level 80 Naked character that Has done the Shadow's Edge quest would GM's Restore it Via Ticket sorta like the Ashen Ring ?

Shadow's Edge is needed to progress the quest. It should be able to be restored. Though that raises concerns as the character is traded for lower cost (No SE), "bypassing" the cost of (included in the trade) SE. You also might get the short end of it and the quest is reset instead.

You don't need a GM to help you with that. Just go to the NPC in ICC and tell him you lost it, he'll hand you a new one. He has a dialogue option for that.
