IP Ban - GM help needed

Hi there,

I've got a 2k+ EUR donated account and I just logged in to see I'm IP banned for Advertising.

I've never advertised in my life, but my ISP ( Internet Service Provider) ) uses dynamic IP's - meaning every router restart creates a new IP.

Today after logging-in, it appears my IP was switched to some low life degenerate in my general area that has AT SOME point advertised or whatever the ****.

I can't even make a support ticket.

Can someone look into my account and see that I've never done this ****, and literally have thousands of euros invested.

Pls someone help me unlock it....

P.S. - since I see no way of communicating with GM's due to ban. perhaps we can exchange emails over my registered email? I really don't know but this is quite annoying not gonna lie
