Technical Fraud payment issue connected to my account.

I sent in a ticket about my account being banned for fraud payment. I explained what happened and they asked if i would like to reopen my account if they took the items bought with that payment. I would like to get a response on this ticket, for ive been waiting for three weeks now. Ive been a member of this server for years now and have donated quit a bit. If you could please respond to my ticket i would really appreciate it, thank you.
