Good day. I have problem with extremely low fps and stuttering.

I know that my processor is not top But 15 fps in World of Warcraft Lich King is awesome.

Updated all drivers, all settings low. What is it.

1st, use video hosting sites like YouTube next time, nobody wants to download files from random dude on forum.

2nd, server is overpopulated, which cause huge stress on performance in hub areas like Dalaran + your video settings definitely add to it.
And drivers are irrelevant, any boost from them could happen 10 years ago.

2nd i know that server is overpopulated , but 15 fps on lowest graphics bro. Idk what is it, maybe my config, but in WFW i have literally slideshow(8 fps).
Maybe something is wrong?

Disable "hardware cursor"? Check other video options. You have to experiment with settings on your own.

It's a good framerate for Dalaran. I don't think even the high-end nvidia cards can pull 60 fps in Dalaran.

Framerate is not problem, stuttering is problem.
My options lowest, shadow off,all off. Video card is relaxing.
If u will look on video. I have stuttering when i move mouse. If i will have stable picture with 20 fps, i will glad.

do you also have a lot of client crashes in Dalaran too? this was my problem and the "Large address Aware" tool fixed it for me, giving more ram to the game may also help with the problem you are experiencing

Well, sadly your cpu is holding you back. As soon as i switched to 5600x from 1600, stutters are almost extinct and game feels much smoother
