Forum cancellation for thinking I use bot

good morning mr gm I'm talking to you here because I can no longer appeal my ban, which was unfair because they suspect that because of the IP of the network where I play,
the ip is shared because it is a place for online games, where I play, and where I work, so the use of bots in this game is already prohibited, I imagine that one of my clients uses that bot that they say and it is rare that I ban me for that, I never used bots because last season they didn't ban me for farming my objects, I would like to know how to solve this problem because it hurt me a lot thanks have a good day
