I lost 2 characters (called Obsidia, human war 80 and Ics, troll hunter 72) when the Frostmourne realm reseted. They were supposed to be moved to Icecrow instead of being deleted so I would like to get them back because I put a lot of hours into them.

No, they could be moved to Icecrown, but it was something you had to do manually, it wasn't automatic.
If you played on the second season, you can still do that. If these characters were from the first season, though, they are gone.
