Downloaded wotlk today, game crashes normally and run as admin as well

Make sure you go to your Wow folder > then wow.exe. Right click and go properties, then uncheck read only.
Do this with the original wow.exe file, not the shortcut. On top of that, follow other recommended steps to do.
