Technical Forgot the password too second account and wont recive email

Hello everyone
ive got a second account on wotlk and i cant get acsess to it, i forgot the password of it and it wont give me a email to reset password when i try, it says it send it to the account but it did not. if anyone knows a fix it woud be great. thanks
the accounts name is > Bitnerdam

Send an e-mail to [email protected] with all the proof you have you're the owner of the account.
