Technical Account got hacked, accounts gone missing [HELP]

Hi,

I have been an avid player since 2015 and probably even earlier than that.



I stopped playing for a while as I have to take care of personal stuff and yet after checking my account these few days, it seems my account was hijacked. I purposely disabled authentication for email at that time, however, after 5 years, they enabled google two-factor authentication without my consent and from there they did everything illegal from my account:

I have checked the account history and these are the logs:

IP's in between the red lines did something from enabling 2 factor to logging unto my account via transfering coins, deleting my char, among other things.

I have this character named "ONLINEJOB" a NE HUNTER lvl 80 with approximately 5.9 to 6K GS. The image shown above means that it exists and it even offer some promotions.

Can the developers be able to bring it back? IT says on my account that it has been backed up 2 years ago, can we restore my account from 2 years ago? considering that the hijacked have just happen this year.

You need to send this to a proper place.
But don't get your hopes up, reason why this happened is your negligence about your account. All you can get back is items you bought for coins in STORE, probably.
Keep your account safe, the usual stuff, different password everywhere, enable all 2FA. So this doesn't happen again.
