Technical Cant see chat bubbles

1-Yes i restarted the game with no Add-ons.
2-Yes i checked the Chat bubbles option (Social -> enable "chat bubble").
And still chat bubbles not show, but on new char it shows after a while it does not, still not know the trigger that makes it do that. My guts says that it's any
add-ons that change UI; ElvUI, TidyPlates maybe.

Please help, i think it's a bug maybe bcz it recently started doing this.
It's miserable try to test the and fix this i'm just in silvermoon city asking ppl passing by to "say something" everytime i change something minor.

Try going in your chat, right click the general tab and go into settings or whatever it is. Make sure the "say" is ticked.

Figured it out, and i feel so stupid i spent 2 days not knowing what i did wrong.
-It is not a bug, not in game either Add-ons, WTF files has nothing to do with it.
-took me long to figure it out just bcz i was looking in the wrong place, it's a good learning experience i guess.

If u have your "Show all name plates" button bind just press it again OFC if name plates show u Chat bubbles don't.
