Technical Login not saving + constant T&C?

Everytime i log into the game i always have to go through the Terms and Conditions every single time + my log in details aren't saving?

Open up your WoW folder's properties and un-check "Read-only".

Where ever you've installed your WoW (or open File Location via right click on WoW icon on desktop). Open that installation folder's (e.g. C:UsersYouGamesWarmane) properties with right mouse click. There's a "General" tab. The "Read-only" should be at the bottom.
