I can't figure out what could be wrong with any of the npc..
soloq rating 2011 and I have 3200 arena points

Requires personal and team arena rating of 2000 in 3v3 or 5v5 bracket.

You cant buy them with rating from 2v2 or soloq. You need to have 2000 rating in 3v3 to buy them.

Recommending to just buy Wrathful shoulders instead if you dont want to grind 3v3.

Thanks, but doesn't soloq count as 5v5? It doesn't even mark it in red anymore, but I still can't buy it...
