Technical 100% cpu

Anyone can help me? Every time that i open de game, my CPU stay 100%. But, this is only game that happens

Yes, i tried too used all configs low, but nothing works

Does it happen everywhere in the game? If you are in dalaran, high load is to be expected.

I don't use addons and this happen in all game since login screen and in game
