Hello, I haven't played in nearly a year, and it appears that my account has been fully wiped. Cumz was the name of my character, an 80th-level shadowmourne orc warrior. Not even an email is being sent to me. What happened to my account, exactly?

Have you logged into the game using the game client to confirm this? Characters may lose their names when you don't play for a while and they disappear from the website but not the game.
