WotLK "You have been disconnected from server" error when logging in.

Hello, i am a new player and i have some trouble getting the game to work. I have downloaded the launcher trough the torrent here and when i start it up and log in with my Battle.net account the game says "Authenticating" for a while and then gives me the "You have been disconnected from server" error. If anyone knows how to fix this error i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

You login with your Warmane account name and password. Not email, not battle.net credentials.
While at it, make sure your realmlist is set correctly to logon.warmane.com
