Guys, I have some doubts about the change faction, maybe someone can help me.

1. Is there a bug that happens when switching factions?
2. When switching factions, do I get the equivalents I have in the current faction? For example, if I am exalted in stormwind, do I get exalted in ogrimmar or some other city? If I have human mounts, do I get mounts from another race to compensate? Things along those lines...
3. Achievements are lost?
4.Bank items are lost?

Seconded! I was also just wondering this too. Bascially are faction specfic items, rep, mounts, achievements considered in the switch; are they converted? If so I'm curious if any has done this and what the experience was like?

Items* gets, reputations, mounts gets converted.
*recipes from ToC, Battered Hilt don't get converted, unsure of other exceptions. Not sure if the same goes for learned recipes from ToC.

Bank items are not lost, they come with you.
Achievements should convert to their opposing faction ones, where possible.
