Diminishing Returns addon

Hello,
does anyone else have trouble seeing any Diminishing returns with any addon in open world/BG environment?
I use addon Diminishing returns for 3.3.5, and if I try test mode, i can see my configurations eventually (although I need to mess around a bit with it). But when I turn off the test mode and try a duel or any PvP interaction with CC it doesn't show anywhere - no nameplates, no target, no focus.

I've tried turning everything off due to addon miscommunication, but unless its my client this seems like a server issue.

Any ideas or alternatives to track DR?

it is important to use a "combat log fixer" addon.
