WotLK Game Performance Issues

Ryzen 7 2700x
16gb Hyperx 3200mhz ram
GTX 1070 8 gb Gpu
and wow wotlk works like a total potato ... why ?
i get like 20 fps in dalaran , game crashes to wow error when ever im flying around icecrown , loading people for ever ever , i just see mounts running around for like a minute after teleporting to dalaran ...

Like , how is this even happening with the pc like this ?

are there some tricks i don't know ? how to deal with this ?

It's been answered a billion times already. Wrath is an old wow client, made to run on old, forgotten API called DirectX9. The only possible trick you can perform is apply Large Address Aware to wow.exe. That's it.
