WotLK 90% of characters on Icecrown missing

Hello, so as you can see my account here has been created in 2012 and i have played off and on since then, i had 10/10 lvl 80 characters on icecrown and i decided to log in today after a few months and this is what i see https://imgur.com/mJhb9YG .

The only character i have left is Tdurden which is a character who is transfered from Frostmourne s1 and the paladin named "Tdchico" i have never created or named a character like that.

Meanwhile this is my character list from Icecrown from my WTF folder: https://imgur.com/jwyXIxN . 80% of these characters were lvl 80 and they are ALL missing, i have a premium account with 2FA active and there is no suspicious activity in my log in history....so what the hell happened?!

Yes i have checked barracks, there is none of the characters i had there.

Characters don't just get deleted out of nowhere on a premium account. Are you sure you're the only person who can access the account?

Here are my last login attempts from account history, they are all from my IP adress and as i said i have 2FA enabled and im sure no one else knows my account details. On my second to last login attempt 3 months ago i had all my characters on Icecrown.

If there is nothing in full history, nothing in character trade history and nothing in gifting history, then someone logged your account from your pc/ip and deleted them. Or you are logging wrong account.

Try character restoration, maybe something is there. Open general inquiry ticket here on site, maybe you will get more information about what happened.
