Fps Drop

i have large fps drops from 130 fps to 30-15 my pc is : 8gb ram, AMD Ryzen 3 1200. I have two accounts, this is my new but on my first account i didnt have this problem...

I got a 16 gb ram Geforce RTX 2080 Endless fps in openworld and then whenever I step my foot in dalaran then straight down to 40-50 fps, I depends what your doing in game to make the fps drop.

Reducing view distance is cheap trick to boost FPS.
