Technical log in to account

cant log in to my acc. it says "Could not log in to WoW at this time. please try again leter". im recently back to WoW again after several years of brake. I logged in few minutes ago and managed even to play 1 BG. then i changed graphic settings and wanted to re-launch game then this appeared

Is it possible that you input your password wrong too many times? If so you have to wait a few minutes.

no i just log out then re-launch and type the correct username and password idk what is wrong

same issue herer. I know that my password and login are correct, the realmliste too, but still can't login on the game. Help please.
