Where is Brutal Gladiator Vendor?

Hello, i am looking for Brutal Gladiator weapons, mainset, offset, and jewlery vendor. I have a human warrior, and the vendor is supposed to be in stormwind. But he doesn't sell brutal. Any ideas?

Its in k52 in twisting nether/outland but the vendor is unaccessable (under wall etc.) or doesnt sell the "all" items or something. At least it was like that the last time I ve checked.

Hey! There's a vendor with everything Brutal (except accessories like belt boots bracers/jewellery) in Nagrand near the Ring of Trials (big arena as you enter the zone from Shattrath), although this is coming from a Lordaeron main - you may have to cash through 6 coins a piece.
