Race Change

Is it possible to make race change in services option to be with points instead of coins atleast in frostmourne.

I mean... possible? Sure. But not going to happen. It's something that was covered in the rules for the actual Suggestions & Changes section. Features and services offered only for Coins are meant to be like that and aren't open to suggestions for that to change.
