Hey, is there addon that can make whatever you are tracking sparkle bigger? or is there graphics setting macro for it?

The sparkle effect is controlled by the particle density advanced video setting. That makes more sparkles come out of things, but it doesn't increase the size of the sparkle effect. I think you'd have to modify the game files to do that.
