Hello ive got a problem,

around 3 months ago my account was banned due to RWT but at the time noone was playing the accout of played cassualy i applied 2 ban appeals and still didnt receive a proper explanation or even a reply from GM and i was wondering why is that the case

I would assume they saw your appeals, decided not to lift the ban.

ye i would assume same as well but ive seens other people getting banned and helping friends with ban application and there was never a case where warmane didnt reply they would allways reply with either ban lifted and so on or they reply ban application denied something along those lines but never an open ticket with 0 replies
