Technical Account stolen/two factor authentication email not sending

hey, my main account is engine11. I have donated over 500 euros to this server in my own countries dollars that is around $1000 all up or close to it. I have played on warmane for several years and this is the second time someone has had a go at my account.

I am not receiving two factor authentication for my account I am the real owner of the account and I have thousands or login emails to prove it from the past and also donation receipts. please contact me on my email or on this account asap as I was planning to play today. I am quite attached to my characters and want this sorted out asap so that I can play again on them.

It says an unusual login attempt was noticed and the account was locked and to please enter the verification code sent to your email but I am receiving no authentication code in my email. so maybe the email was changed.

Please help fast.

It seems two-factor auth mails aren't working right now, you haven't been hacked, it's just temporary
