IP Address Of Ice Crown Realm

Hello ,
I have recently found a problem with the icecrown realm and I am stuck in the login page.
The my ISP company asks me for the realm IP to check connection and ping. In a forum, I did the method that one of the players said, but because I can't enter the icecrown realm, I can't get an IP from this method either.
The only IP I see in this method is:
192.168.1.102
But I think this is the general IP of the site and the real IP is different.
Please give me the IP of this realm. Thanks
