Is Helm of Valor bugged?

Is Helm of Valor bugged? I must have done Scholo over a 100 times now and havent seen it yet. It is supposed to have about the same drop rate as the other d1 heads.

As you can see in the image I have quite the collection by now and its not even from half my runs. Even have a few of the Epic times, staffs and recipes.

Or am I just super unlucky?

Edit: lol i just noticed i dont have my headpiece xmogged to Helm of Herois but rest assured it is in my bank!

Yeah, not bugged. Dropped after a few more days of farming. Just SUUUUUUPER unlucky or the drop rate is not what it should be :D
