1. item missed

    I use the equipment management to replace the item,but missed Icecrown Glacial Wall,I donnot know where it is, why?

  2. Did you check in-game mail?

    If it was bought with coins, you can do item missing ticket via my account -> support.
    If it was obtained in-game as loot, and it's nowhere to be seen, you'll have to obtain it again.

    Ticket response may take several days.
