Hello. Can anyone help me with this error? I am getting it on my Ppal. On another characters all good. And i try to install new Details. Anyway getting error.

Any time I use Details myself. It asks for a "password" what is the deal with this issue? I can just close the window. But the window continues to reappear and refuses to go away. How does one get rid of this and make it stay gone.
