Extremely Fast Flyer

There's a certain player flying around an an incredibly fast rate. He's got a 310% mount, no crusader aura or anything, but he's flying at more than double my 280 speed. It's not a flight path. Is he hacking or am I missing something?

Could be a Death Knight with On a Pale Horse talent that adds 20% speed when mounted

Well, it could be also someone who not only has 310% mount but also uses some mounted speed boost like crusader aura, or on a pale horse.
