Death knight intro deaths

I managed to fall and die during the death knight intro, used the auto revive thing from being in the intro, fell through the map and now my corpse is there. There doesn't seem to be a healer in this area. Tried to walk into the water trick but nothing. Any other ideas to self solve faster then gm response?
