Technical game will not save any settings upon reopening

i just downloaded the warmane wrath server and started playing and set up a bunch of keybinds and changed some interface settings and when i close the game and log in again it all resets to default.

Right-click the game folder -> Properties -> clear the Read-only checkbox -> press OK.

for some reason when i uncheck it then hit ok and open properties again it goes back to read only. i tried giving all permissions in the security tab but still reverts to read only

nevermind i restarted my computer and its working now lol. thank you god bless
