It's really weird that a server like warmane doesn't have a GM.
I opened a ticket 1 month ago from my other account and that ticket is still there. no answer. I opened a ticket from a different character and there is no response for days. In short, I've been playing on blackrock realm for 3 years. In 3 years, I have not received a response to the tickets even once.
They prepared the server and left it alone. It's full of cheats/exploiters, trolls, racists people... Submitting a ticket doesn't help. When I write via e-mail, they tell me to create a ticket in the game.
I've been playing that game since the beginning of vanilla and this is the first time I've encountered something like this.

What's the ticket about? On blackrock it takes just few hours to receive proper response. Every time.
