WotLK stolen account

I want to inform you that my account has been stolen
and considering that there are both protections included
to log into the account in the game and on the site
account name is nikiblinda
two of my heroes are thrown alliances but before they were thrown they changed their names I found them from the log of the guild they were in

not to mention the coins that were in the account - I guess they are gone too
druid was an encore of two speks
warrior almost "biss" didn't have only "biss" weapons
I can prove that the account is mine through the IBAN from which the money was donated
So my expectations are that you restore my account to the way it was
and explain to me how they managed to get into my account with your two-factor authentication enabled
because I don't have a notification in the mail in which you send me the codes to log in from the change of IP address
