WotLK Blood Elf Start Quests NPCs not giving quests

I went into the Blood Elf Sunstrider Isle, as I level 6 Orc Warrior, to do the start quests but the NPC not showing the quest Icon. I know that there are quests that other races and classes can come to the isle, and do the quests. Because I have played on other Servers that the quests are there. I have been looking through the Forums to see if anyone had the same issue, but I could not find any.

Those are Blood Elf quests only. It's same for all races with their starting zone quests.

So its impossible to do those quests even if you start a lvl 1 and go right to the blood elves's zone?
